Summit 53 is a two-person creative studio based in Washington.
We work with businesses, organizations, and people who need stronger visuals, clearer messaging, or both.
Between the two of us, our background spans military public affairs, photography, video, social media, web design, and brand strategy. We’ve worked in newsrooms, small businesses, large companies, military units, and behind a camera in more places than we can probably count.
That mix is what Summit 53 is built around. We can help figure out what you’re trying to say, then actually make the work that says it.
Our Founders
Alie
Veteran. Creative. Communicator. Alie served as a public affairs specialist in the U.S. military for four years, building experience in photography, writing, and visual storytelling. She later worked as a content creator and web designer for the Watertown Local Development Corporation, where she photographed local businesses, interviewed owners, and turned those stories into digital content for Downtown Watertown. Her work has been published in magazines and recognized with awards for photography and visual storytelling.
Nick
Veteran. Storyteller. Strategist. Nick’s background spans military public affairs, social media strategy, and more than a decade behind the camera. From documenting stories for the U.S. Air Force to leading social content and strategy at bioMérieux, he brings together photography, storytelling, and strategy to help brands communicate with purpose. His photography has been featured in national publications and recognized with multiple awards for visual storytelling.
